Healthy Hearts Senior Medical Clinic and Home Care Service MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of Healthy Hearts Senior Medical Clinic (HHSMC) is two fold: First, with high ethical standards, principles and heart, we will commit ourselves to providing patients with the best in home health care possible. Second, HHSMC will strive to Michigan leader in the provision of quality Home Health Care services.
We believe that our patients deserve compassionate, honest, and reliable care from only the top health care professionals who go the extra mile to provide it. At HHSMC, patient goals are very important and we will strive to keep our goals for the patient in line with the desires of the patient and their family. In order to make this happen, each employee will take genuine care and ownership in his or her duties and responsibilities toward each patient.
While our volunteers
Provide this care, HHSMC will strive to help them meet their needs and reach their professional goals. Providing for our employees will assure that we maintain only the top health care professionals.
